Biological Activity: Picoberin is a low picomolar inhibitor of Hedgehog-induced osteoblast differentiation. Picoberin is a potent aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) agonist. Picoberin inhibits Wnt3A-induced osteoblast differentiation of C3H10T1/2 cells. Picoberin can upregulate genes encoding phase I and II metabolic enzymes[1].
