Biological Activity: Nrf2-ARE/hMAO-B/QR2 modulator 1 is a Resveratrol-based multitarget-directed ligands with IC50s of 8.05, 9.83 and 0.57 μM for hMAO-B, NRF2 and QR2. Nrf2-ARE/hMAO-B/QR2 modulator 1 has neuroprotection, decreasing ROS production in okadaic acid-treated mice hippocampal slices[1]. Nrf2-ARE/hMAO-B/QR2 modulator 1 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
