Biological Activity: N-0159 is a type II transmembrane serine protease (TTSP) inhibitor with anti-influenza virus activity. N-0159 exhibits a Ki of 0.06 nM against matriptase and acts through competitive and reversible inhibition of matriptase catalytic activity. N-0159 inhibits H1N1 influenza virus replication in human bronchial epithelial cells (IC50 = 292 nM). N-0159 can be used for research related to influenza virus infection[1].
