Biological Activity: NB-3 is a nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) hydrolase SARM1 inhibitor. NB-3 intercepts NAD hydrolysis and undergoes covalent conjugation with the reaction product adenosine diphosphate ribose (ADPR).
