UK-500001 exhibits anti-inflammatory efficacy and inhibits TNF-α and IFN-γ release in human and rodent macrophagic cell lines in nanomolar levels. UK-500001 ameliorates chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma[1].
