Biological Activity: AQ 1994 hydrochloride is a benzothiophenyl aminoethyl ketone derivative and also a broad-spectrum human platelet aggregation inhibitor. AQ 1994 hydrochloride inhibits human platelet aggregation triggered by 5'-adenosine diphosphate, arachidonic acid, platelet-activating factor, thrombin or collagen. AQ 1994 hydrochloride can be used for thrombosis-related research[1].
