Biological Activity: Caplacizumab (His Tag) is a humanized anti-von Willebrand factor (vWF) nanobody. Caplacizumab (His Tag) inhibits the binding of vWF with platelet glycoprotein (GP) Ibα. Caplacizumab (His Tag) inhibits the vWF-mediated platelet adhesion and prevents further microthrombi formation.
