CD22 CAR mRNA
cis a chimeric antigen receptor mRNA targeting CD22. When delivered via CD8-targeted LNP, CD22 CAR mRNA inhibits tumor growth in Nalm6 tumor-bearing mouse models. CD22 CAR mRNA can be used for research on hematologic malignancies.

Biological Activity
Nb8-H3-conjugated lipid 15 LNPs encapsulating CD22 CAR mRNA (22-V4) (24 h) induce CD22 CAR expression in 50% of primary human CD8+ T cells and mediate robust CAR-specific B cell depletion in vitro[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
CD22 CAR mRNA delivered via CD8-targeted LNPs (0.3 mg/kg; i.v.; single dose) achieves robust, specific CAR expression on human CD8+ T cells in vivo and mediates near-complete B cell depletion without significant toxicity[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Animal Model:NSG MHC I/II KO mice (female, 10 weeks old, engrafted with luciferase-expressing Nalm6 cells and human PBMCs)[1]
-
Dosage:0.3 mg/kg
-
Administration:i.v.; 5 doses on days 7, 11, 14, 18, 21
-
Result:Decreased average radiance to approximately 6 × 106 p/s/cm2/sr on day 26, compared to >2 × 107 p/s/cm2/sr in control groups.
Eliminated all CD22-expressing tumor cells from the spleen and liver.
