DuP 105 (4-16 μg/mL) inhibits the growth of all tested clinical isolates of staphylococci (including Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus haemolyticus, Staphylococcus hominis), streptococci (Lancefield groups A, B, D including Streptococcus faecalis ) and Bacteroides fragilis[1].

Animal Model:Staphylococcus aureus 1A (2×107 CFU/mouse, i.v.) was injected in kidneys of CF-1 female mice (20±2 g)[1]
