FO-32 is an ionizable lipid and mRNA delivery carrier with state-of-the-art aerosolized mRNA delivery capability. FO-32 delivers mRNA to mouse muscle, nasal mucosa, lung, as well as ferret lung epithelium (including conducting airways). FO-32 can be used in studies related to the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and the optimization of drug delivery.
