Others

Hancockiamide D (compound 4) undergoes N-trans-cinnamoylation catalyzed by the single-module nonribosomal peptide synthetase Hkm11 in vitro to produce Hancockiamide A; the cytochrome P450 Hkm5 converts a portion of Hancockiamide D into H^[1].
