PF-07257876 is a CD47/PD‑L1 bispecific antibody that preferentially targets tumor cells through high PD-L1 affinity and weak CD47 affinity. PF‑07257876 simultaneously blocks the CD47‑SIRPα innate immune checkpoint and the PD‑L1/PD‑1 adaptive immune checkpoint, activates dendritic cells and macrophages, enhances CD8⁺ T cell infiltration within the tumor microenvironment, and synergistically mobilizes innate and adaptive immunity to exert antitumor effects. PF-07257876 can be used in research on CD47/PD‑L1-related cancers, such as ovarian cancer and non-small cell lung cancer.
