CLEC4A3
CLEC4A3 is a little-characterized member of the CLEC4 (DC-SIGN) subfamily of C-type lectin receptors, defined by a single extracellular carbohydrate-recognition domain and a type II transmembrane topology. Related genes in this cluster reside in the NK-gene-complex region of chromosome 12 and are expressed chiefly in myeloid cells such as macrophages and dendritic cells. Like its better-studied relatives, CLEC4A3 likely participates in glycan recognition at the cell surface, but its ligands and signaling outputs have not been firmly established, and it should be described conservatively. Recombinant CLEC4A3 protein supports exploratory binding studies and annotation of the CLEC4 family in innate-immunity research.

The EpCAM/TROP1 protein serves as an important homogeneous interacting molecule that promotes direct contact between intestinal epithelial cells (IEC) and intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) in the mucosal epithelium. This feature helps establish an immune barrier against mucosal infections. EpCAM/TROP1 Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived EpCAM/TROP1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
