Biologische Aktivität
Pyrazolam exerts a central inhibitory effect by binding to a specific allosteric regulatory site of the GABAA receptor to enhance the inhibitory effect of GABA, which increases the opening frequency of chloride channels and causes neuronal hyperpolarization[1].
