TAMRA-FP (2 µM; 1 hr) covalently and selectively labels active serine hydrolases in mouse brain and liver tissue lysates, enabling visualization of distinct active enzyme profiles between the two tissues via fluorescent gel imaging^[1].
TAMRA-FP (1 hour) captures active hydrolases in SW1353 chondrosarcoma cell lysates, resulting in nine distinct fluorescent bands following SDS-PAGE^[2].
TAMRA-FP (1 hour) captures active hydrolases in concentrated conditioned medium from primary human articular chondrocytes, resulting in five distinct major fluorescent bands following SDS-PAGE^[2].
