Activité biologique
Methfuroxam (10-100 μg a.i./mL; 2-3 weeks) achieves 100% growth inhibition of Rigidoporus lignosus and Ganoderma sp. at 10 μg a.i./mL, and 100% growth inhibition of Corticium salmonicolor at 100 μg a.i./mL in in vitro radial growth assays[1].
Methfuroxam (0.625-10 μg a.i./mL; until no visible growth was observed) has an ED50 of 5.7 μg a.i./mL against Corticium salmonicolor, 3.5 μg a.i./mL against Ganoderma sp., and a lowest inhibitory dose of 10 μg a.i./mL against Corticium salmonicolor, Rigidoporus lignosus, and Ganoderma sp. in in vitro radial growth assays[1].
