In Vitro

CU7218 (0-1 mM; 20 min) inhibits the interaction between the 9J10 phosphopeptide and 14-3-3ε protein in fluorescence polarization (FP) assays, with an IC₅₀ of 111 μM^[1].
CU7218 (0-1 mM; 20 min) inhibits the interaction between the 9J10 phosphopeptide and 14-3-3ε protein in MST assays, with an IC₅₀ of 26.5 μM^[1].
