DNA polymerase-IN-6 (compound 27) inhibits the replication of HCMV in MRC-5 cells with an EC₅₀ value of 0.33 μM; additionally, it shows no cytotoxicity against MRC-5 cells at concentrations up to 40 μM^[1].
