Eleven-Nineteen-Leukemia Protein IN-4 is a ENL YEATS domain inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 62.0 nM and a K_d of 100.4 nM. Eleven-Nineteen-Leukemia Protein IN-4 downregulates MYC expression and inhibits cancer cell growth; it exerts a synergistic effect with the bromodomain inhibitor JQ-1 (HY-13030). Eleven-Nineteen-Leukemia Protein IN-4 can be used in the research of acute myeloid leukemia^[1].

Eleven-Nineteen-Leukemia Protein IN-4 (Compound DC_E35_5d) (72 h) inhibits the viability of MOLM-13 cells (IC₅₀ = 2.5 μM) and MV-4-11 cells (IC₅₀ = 1.9 μM) in a dose-dependent manner^[1].
