Biological Activity
Eleven-Nineteen-Leukemia Protein IN-4 (Compound DC_E35_5d) (72 h) inhibits the viability of MOLM-13 cells (IC50 = 2.5 μM) and MV-4-11 cells (IC50 = 1.9 μM) in a dose-dependent manner[1].
Eleven-Nineteen-Leukemia Protein IN-4 (1 μM; 6 h) reduces the thermal stability of endogenous ENL protein in MOLM-13 cells, but has no effect on GAS41 or YEATS2, confirming its selective target-binding activity[1].
Eleven-Nineteen-Leukemia Protein IN-4 (1 μM; 72 h) reduces the MYC mRNA expression level in MOLM-13 cells by approximately 60% following 72 h of treatment[1].
Eleven-Nineteen-Leukemia Protein IN-4 (0-5000 nM; 72 h) synergizes with JQ-1 to downregulate MYC expression and inhibit the proliferation of MOLM-13 cells, with HSA and Loewe synergy scores of 11.103 and 27.230, respectively[1].
