In Vitro
EU101 can target and bind to CD137 expressed on various leukocyte subsets, enhance CD137-mediated signaling, induce the proliferation of cytotoxic T lymphocytes and cytokine production, and promote cytotoxic T lymphocyte-mediated anti-tumor immune responses. Meanwhile, it can also induce natural killer cell-mediated tumor cell killing and suppress the immunosuppressive activity of regulatory T cells[1].
