GS-1160-180 (Compound 10) (100 nM; 3 min) competitively and specifically inhibits PAF-induced platelet aggregation in rabbit platelet-rich plasma, and shows no aggregation-inducing activity or off-target inhibition at concentrations ≤100 μM[1].
