Inebilizumab (FUT8-KO)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Inebilizumab (FUT8-KO) is an anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody expressed by CHO cells with the fucosyltransferase 8 gene (FUT8) knocked out. Fucose deficiency enhances the antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) effect of the antibody.Inebilizumab (FUT8-KO) exhibits enhanced ADCC against B cells and can be used for research on multiple sclerosis and neuromyelitis optica.

The most extensively characterized aberration in fucosyltransferase (FUT) function in cancer is FUT8-mediated core fucosylation. FUT8 is frequently upregulated in human tumors. Depletion of FUT8 effectively blocks tumor growth and metastasis.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
Unconjugated
The product can be reconstituted/diluted with sterile PBS or saline.

Loaded Inebilizumab (FUT8-KO) on ProA biosensor, can bind CD19 Protein, Human (HEK293, His, HY-P74330) with an affinity constant of 2.984E-09 M as determined in BLI assay. -
Flow Cytometry analysis of Raji cells labelling CD19 (red) with Inebilizumab (FUT8-KO) (HY-P99113A). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
