21-Hydroxyeplerenone is a major metabolite of the mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist Eplerenone (HY-B0251). 21-Hydroxyeplerenone is formed from eplerenone by the cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoform CYP3A4.
