Cyclic-di-DAP is a base-modified analogue of c-di-AMP (HY-12326), characterized by the substitution of diaminopurine. Cyclic-di-DAP is used as a specialized tool in biochemical research to detect nucleotide-binding sites related to bacterial second messengers, RNA riboswitches, and cellular signaling pathways.
