Antimicrobial agent-52 is a broad-spectrum Bactericide. Antimicrobial agent-52 exerts rapid bactericidal effects against Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogenic bacteria. In Vitro
Antimicrobial agent-52 (24 h) exhibits bactericidal activity in vitro against Staphylococcus aureus (MBC = 1.56 μM), Klebsiella pneumoniae (MBC = 0.19 μM), Acinetobacter baumannii (MBC = 1.56 μM), and Escherichia coli (MBC = 0.04 μM)[1].
