In Vivo

Nω-Propyl-L-arginine (N-omega-Propyl-L-arginine) (20 mg/kg; i.p.) blocks both phencyclidine-induced disruption of prepulse inhibition and phencyclidine-induced stimulation of locomotor activity^[2].
