Human IL1R1 mRNA encodes the human interleukin 1 receptor type 1 (IL1R1) protein, a cytokine receptor that belongs to the interleukin-1 receptor family. IL1R1 is an important mediator involved in many cytokine-induced immune and inflammatory responses.

Human IL2 mRNA encodes the human interleukin 2 (IL2) protein, a member of the interleukin 2 (IL2) cytokine subfamily. IL2 is produced by activated CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes. It is important for the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes.

Human IL20 mRNA encodes the human interleukin 20 (IL20) protein, a proinflammatory and angiogenic cytokine that may involves in epidermal function and psoriasis.

Human IL20RA mRNA encodes the human interleukin 20 receptor subunit alpha (IL20RA) protein, a member of the type II cytokine receptor family. IL20RA is a subunit of the receptor for interleukin 20, a cytokine that may involve in epidermal function.

Human IL21 mRNA encodes the human interleukin 21 (IL21) protein, a member of the common-gamma chain family of cytokines. IL21 plays a role in both the innate and adaptive immune responses by inducing the differentiation, proliferation and activity of multiple target cells including macrophages, natural killer cells, B cells and cytotoxic T cells.

Human IL21R mRNA encodes the human interleukin 21 receptor (IL21R) protein, a cytokine receptor for interleukin 21 (IL21). IL21R can transduce the growth promoting signal of IL21, and is important for the proliferation and differentiation of T cells, B cells, and natural killer (NK) cells.

Human IL22 mRNA encodes the human interleukin 22 (IL22) protein, a member of the IL10 family of cytokines that mediate cellular inflammatory responses. IL22 functions in antimicrobial defense at mucosal surfaces and in tissue repair. It also has pro-inflammatory properties and plays a role in in the pathogenesis of several intestinal diseases.

Human IL22RA1 mRNA encodes the human interleukin 22 receptor subunit alpha 1 (IL22RA1) protein, a member of the class II cytokine receptor family. IL22RA1 has been shown to be a receptor for interleukin 22 (IL22).

Human IL22RA2 mRNA encodes the human interleukin 22 receptor subunit alpha 2 (IL22RA2) protein, a member of the class II cytokine receptor family. IL22RA2 may be important in the regulation of inflammatory response, and has been implicated in the regulation of tumorigenesis in the colon.

Human IL23A mRNA encodes the human interleukin 23A (IL23A) protein, a subunit of the heterodimeric cytokine interleukin 23 (IL23). IL23A associates with IL12B to form the IL-23 interleukin, a heterodimeric cytokine which functions in innate and adaptive immunity.

Human IL23R mRNA encodes the human interleukin 23 receptor (IL23R) protein, a subunit of the receptor for IL23A/IL23. IL23R pairs with the receptor molecule IL12RB1/IL12R beta1, and both are required for IL23A signaling.

Human IL24 mRNA encodes the human interleukin 24 (IL24) protein, a member of the IL10 family of cytokines. IL24 can induce apoptosis selectively in various cancer cells.

Human IL26 mRNA encodes the human interleukin 26 (IL26) protein, a member of the IL10 family of cytokines. IL26 is thought to contribute to the transformed phenotype of T cells after infection by herpesvirus samimiri.

Human IL27 mRNA encodes the human interleukin 27 (IL27) protein, one of the subunits of a heterodimeric cytokine complex. IL-27 has pro- and anti-inflammatory properties, that can regulate T-helper cell development, suppress T-cell proliferation, stimulate cytotoxic T-cell activity and induce isotype switching in B-cells.

Human IL27RA mRNA encodes the human interleukin 27 receptor subunit alpha (IL27RA) protein, a protein that is similar to the mouse T-cell cytokine receptor (Tccr) at the amino acid level. IL27RA is predicted to be a glycosylated transmembrane protein.

Human IL2RA mRNA encodes the human interleukin 2 receptor subunit alpha (IL2RA) protein, a receptor for interleukin-2. IL2RA is involved in the regulation of immune tolerance by controlling regulatory T cells (TREGs) activity.

Human IL3 mRNA encodes the human interleukin 3 (IL3) protein, a potent growth promoting cytokine. IL3 is capable of supporting the proliferation of a broad range of hematopoietic cell types. It is involved in a variety of cell activities such as cell growth, differentiation and apoptosis. This cytokine has been shown to also possess neurotrophic activity, and it may be associated with neurologic disorders.

Human IL31 mRNA encodes the human interleukin 31 (IL31) protein, which may be involved in the promotion of allergic skin disorders and in regulating other allergic diseases, such as asthma.

Human IL32 mRNA encodes the human interleukin 32 (IL32) protein, a member of the cytokine family. IL32 induces the production of TNFalpha from macrophage cells.

Human IL33 mRNA encodes the human interleukin 33 (IL33) protein, a cytokine that binds to the IL1RL1/ST2 receptor. IL33 is involved in the maturation of Th2 cells and the activation of mast cells, basophils, eosinophils and natural killer cells.
