Description

Propinquain H is a dibenzocyclooctadiene lignan. Propinquain H inhibits lymphocyte proliferation. Propinquain H can be isolated from the roots of Schisandra propinqua subsp. sinensis^[1].

In Vitro

Propinquain H (Compound 4) (72 h) inhibits concanavalin A (Con A)-stimulated proliferation of primary lymphocytes with an IC₅₀ of 198.7 µmol/L^[1].
