CI-959 free acid is an orally active cell activation inhibitor. CI-959 free acid selectively suppresses inflammatory cell activation post-receptor signaling via inhibiting calcium influx and weak calmodulin antagonism, without targeting PLC, PKC or NADPH oxidase. CI-959 free acid blocks lung allergic mediator release, anti-IgE bronchial contraction, neutrophil function, T-cell proliferation and DC marker expression while sparing monocytes. CI-959 free acid provides gastric cytoprotection by inhibiting leukocyte adhesion and suppresses tumor motility through F-actin reduction. CI-959 free acid can be used for research on allergies, inflammation, autoimmune diseases, gastric injury, and tumor metastasis .

PF-04217903 phosphate is an orally active, highly selective ATP-competitive c-Met kinase inhibitor with a Ki value of 4.8 nM and a Kd value of 4.5 nM. PF-04217903 phosphate blocks c-Met and HGF signaling pathways, inhibits MET phosphorylation, and blocks downstream MAPK, PI3K/AKT and PLCγ1 pathways. PF-04217903 phosphate suppresses tumor proliferation, survival, migration, invasion, angiogenesis and metastasis, induces apoptosis, and enhances efferocytosis, Annexin A1 expression and resolution of inflammation. PF-04217903 phosphate retains activity against several c-Met mutants (M1131T, V1220I, H1094R). PF-04217903 phosphate increases the incidence of subarachnoid hemorrhage and reduces survival rate without altering aneurysm formation, and also prevents lymph node metastasis induced by VEGF inhibition. PF-04217903 phosphate is applicable to research related to tumors (pancreas, stomach, lung, brain, colon, breast, kidney, melanoma, etc.), intracranial aneurysms and inflammatory diseases (gouty arthritis, neutrophilic pleuritis) .

MRS2768 is a potent, selective, and metabolically stable P2Y2 receptor agonist with an EC50 of 1.89 μM for the human P2Y2 receptor. MRS2768 activates Gq/PLC/PKC signaling, leading to downstream phosphorylation of Akt, eNOS, and ERK, with effects varying by cell type. MRS2768 inhibits ENaC via Gq/PKC/Src/Akt to promote natriuresis and lower blood pressure in the kidney. MRS2768 activates eNOS to increase NO secretion in endothelial cells. MRS2768 drives proliferation via PI3K/Akt in fibroblasts and cancer cells. MRS2768 exerts anti-apoptotic effects through PKC/Src/Akt in cardiomyocytes. MRS2768 can be applied to investigate P2Y2-dependent pathological processes, including acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease and renal fibrosis, DOCA-salt induced hypertension, myocardial infarction, pulmonary arterial hypertension, pancreatic cancer, cardiac fibrosis, dry eye disease, as well as shear stress-mediated vascular remodeling and atherosclerosis .

Anti-Mouse CXCR4 Antibody is a monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes murine CXCR4 (C-X-C chemokine receptor 4), also known as fusin or CD184. CXCR4 is a seven-transmembrane G protein–coupled receptor whose principal endogenous ligand is CXCL12 (stromal cell–derived factor-1α, SDF-1α) and is widely expressed in hematopoietic cells, endothelial cells, neurons, as well as embryonic and adult stem cells. The CXCR4–CXCL12 signaling axis activates multiple downstream pathways, including ERK1/2, Ras, p38 MAPK, PLC/MAPK, and SAPK/JNK, thereby regulating cell survival, proliferation, migration, and stemness maintenance. Aberrant overexpression of CXCR4 is closely associated with poor prognosis and metastasis in various cancers, with CXCR4-positive tumor cells preferentially home to CXCL12-rich tissues such as the liver, bone marrow, lung, and lymph nodes. Accordingly, CXCR4 and its CXCL12-related antagonists emerge as attractive targets for experimental anticancer therapy. Anti-Mouse CXCR4 Antibody is generated using a cell-based immunization and screening strategy and exhibits high affinity for both endogenous and exogenous murine CXCR4. Anti-Mouse CXCR4 Antibody can be used for thestudy of chronic lymphocytic leukemia and multiple myeloma .
