FPT, a 2-Aminotetralin, is an efficacious partial agonist at 5-HT1AR, a full agonist at 5-HT1BR and 5-HT1DR with EC50s of 39.3 nM, 1.2 nM, 0.5 nM, respectively. FPT is a weak agonist at 5-HT7R.
