Additionally, 1-Naphthylacetamide induces central nervous system (CNS) depression in mice, characterized by reduced spontaneous activity, decreased irritability, decreased muscle tone, and attenuated ear-cuff reflex, ipsilateral flexor reflex, and corneal reflex [1][2].
