PhosTAC7 is a heterobifunctional molecule named as a Phosphorylation Targeting Chimera (PhosTAC). PhosTAC7 can dephosphorylate the PDCD4 protein, FOXO3a protein, and tau protein by recruiting serine/threonine protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A).
