SH543 directly binds to KEAP1, activates the Nrf2-HO-1 antioxidant pathway, reduces ROS levels, and inhibits PI3K-AKT and MAPK signaling pathways. SH543 attenuates pathological bone loss in ovariectomized mice. SH543 can be used for osteoporosis research .
