STAT3/NF-κB-IN-2
STAT3/NF-κB-IN-2 is a dual STAT3/NF-κB inhibitor that exhibits antiproliferative, antimigratory and anti-invasive activities in cancer cells. STAT3/NF-κB-IN-2 inhibits the transcriptional activities of NF-κB and STAT3, binds to the STAT3-SH2 domain, and blocks STAT3 dimerization. STAT3/NF-κB-IN-2 can be used in studies related to triple-negative breast cancer.

STAT3/NF-κB-IN-2 (compound 5b) (0-100 μM; 72 h) potently inhibits the proliferation of 4T1-Luc2, MDA-MB-231 and MC-38 cancer cells, with IC50 values of 10.4 μM, 7.22 μM and 8.35 μM, respectively[1].
STAT3/NF-κB-IN-2 (10-100 μM; 24 h) is a potent and specific dual inhibitor of NF-κB and STAT3 transcriptional activity. When applied to 4T1 cells at a subcytotoxic concentration of 10 μM, it inhibits approximately 80% of NF-κB activity and approximately 60% of STAT3 activity[1].
STAT3/NF-κB-IN-2 (10 μM; 24 h) potently inhibits the migration and invasion abilities of 4T1-Luc2 cells[1].
