Nimucitinib
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Nimucitinib is a selective JAK inhibitor with potent tear secretion-promoting activity. Nimucitinib downregulates relevant signal transduction pathways by inhibiting the catalytic activity of JAK family tyrosine kinases. Nimucitinib promotes tear secretion in rabbits and inhibits corneal injury in rats. Nimucitinib can be used in dry eye-related research.

Biological Activity
Nimucitinib (0.01% solution, administered via ocular instillation, 50 μL per dose, four times daily for 10 consecutive days) promotes tear secretion in a rabbit model of atropine-induced dry eye[1].
Nimucitinib (0.003-0.01% solution; eye drop; 6 times per day for 11 consecutive days; 5 μL each time) inhibits corneal injury in a rat model of dry eye induced by extraorbital lacrimal gland excision[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
