α2-3,6 Neuraminidase, Bifidobacterium infantis
Based on 1 Customer Validation
α2-3,6 Neuraminidase, Bifidobacterium infantis is a highly specific exoglycosidase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of non-reducing terminal α2-3 and α2-6 unbranched sialic acid residues from complex carbohydrates and glycoproteins. α2-3,6 Neuraminidase does not exhibit activity on α2-8 or branched sialic acids.

Product Information
This product is recombinantly expressed in E. coli, with C-terminal His Tag, molecular weight 42 kDa, and storage solution 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 500 mM NaCl, 10% glycerol.
Instructions
1. Add substrates to the reaction system in sequence, add 5 mM MnCl2, adjust the pH to 5.0 and mix well, and add appropriate amount of enzyme.
2. Incubate the sample at 37°C for 2-4 hours or overnight.
Note: When the system is scaled up, the incubation time or enzyme amount needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation. Low-speed oscillation mixing can increase the conversion rate.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
