5'-(N7-methyl 5'-triphosphoguanosine)-[mRNA] Di phosphatase
5'-(N7-methyl 5'-triphosphoguanosine)-[mRNA] Di phosphatase (EC 3.6.1.59) is a hydrolase that can convert a 5'-end (N(7)-methyl 5'-triphosphoguanosine)-ribonucleoside in mRNA and H2O into a 5'-end diphospho-ribonucleoside in mRNA, N(7)-methyl-GMP and 2 H+.

RNA extraction experimental
By lysing cells, releasing RNA, and removing impurities such as proteins and DNA, high-purity RNA products are finally obtained. The commonly used traditional method is the guanidine isothiocyanate/phenol/chloroform method (Trizol), which is suitable for a variety of animal materials including animal tissues, microorganisms, cultured cells, etc., and most plant materials.
