Biological Activity
Danofloxacin mesylate (1-25 μM; 1 h) transport across Caco-2 cells is asymmetric, with a rate of secretion exceeding that of absorption[1].
Danofloxacin mesylate (18 h) inhibits bovine bacterial respiratory pathogens with the MIC90 of 0.06-0.125 μg/mL for Pasteurella hemolyticus, Pasteurella multocida and Haemophilus somnosus[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
