Anti-Mouse/Human Integrin β7 Antibody (FIB504) (500 μg, i.p., on day 7, 9 and 11) reduces the number of type 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s) in female MRL-lpr mice with a spontaneous lupus model[1].
Anti-Mouse/Human Integrin β7 Antibody (FIB504) (100 μg/mL antibody pretreated MDSCs, i.v., single dose, on day 4 or day 7) does not significantly affect the survival period of C57BL/6 mice bearing GL261 or SB28 tumors[2].

Animal Model: Imiquimod (HY-B0180) (2.5 mg) induced female MRL-lpr mice (5-8 weeks and 16 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 500 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 7, 9 and 11
Result: Significantly reduced the residence of renal ILC2s.
Animal Model: 25000 GL261 or 10000 SB28 cells injected C57BL/6 mice (4 weeks)[2]
