Biological Activity
Antibacterial agent 319 (Compound 7b) potently inhibits the growth of B16-F10 mouse melanoma cells with an IC50 of 7.3 μM, and exhibits lower toxicity against normal HEK-293 cells (IC50 = 18.4 μM)[1].
Antibacterial agent 319 (62.5-500 μg/mL; 24 h) inhibits the growth of E. coli and S. aureus, with an MIC of 500 μg/mL[1].
