Biological Activity
Anticandidal agent-2 (compound 4r) potently inhibits the growth of Candida albicans, with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 1.6 μg/mL[1].
Anticandidal agent-2 (1.6 μg/mL; 48 h) inhibits 91% of biofilm formation and disrupts 52% of preformed biofilms at its MIC concentration[1].
