ATPase-IN-9 (Compound 9a) (100 nM) inhibits ATP synthase hydrolytic activity in isolated mouse liver mitochondria with an IC₅₀ of 356.8 nM^[1].
ATPase-IN-9 (1 μM; 15 min) reduces cellular ATP levels by 24.53% in HT-22 mouse hippocampal neuronal cells when treated at 1 μM for 15 min^[1].
