ATPase-IN-9
ATPase-IN-9 is an ATP synthase inhibitor. ATPase-IN-9 binds to the F1 binding site of ATP synthase and inhibits its ATP hydrolytic activity. ATPase-IN-9 reduces intracellular ATP levels. ATPase-IN-9 can be used in research related to neurodegenerative diseases.

ATPase-IN-9 (Compound 9a) (100 nM) inhibits ATP synthase hydrolytic activity in isolated mouse liver mitochondria with an IC50 of 356.8 nM[1].
ATPase-IN-9 (1 μM; 15 min) reduces cellular ATP levels by 24.53% in HT-22 mouse hippocampal neuronal cells when treated at 1 μM for 15 min[1].
