Definition:
FM3A is a mouse cancer cell line derived from Mammary gland and associated with Malignant neoplasms of the mouse mammary gland. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. FM3A is used as an in vitro model of Malignant neoplasms of the mouse mammary gland to investigate cell proliferation, receptor signaling and trafficking, and cytotoxicity.
