Definition:

LC4-1 is a human cancer cell line and associated with Childhood B acute lymphoblastic leukemia and Precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. LC4-1 is used as an in vitro model of Childhood B acute lymphoblastic leukemia and Precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia to investigate cell proliferation.
