SUD4
Definition:
SUD4 is a human cancer cell line derived from Peritoneal effusion and associated with Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma germinal center B-cell type and Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. SUD4 is used as an in vitro model of Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma germinal center B-cell type and Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
