Definition:
SUP-T1 is a human T-cell-derived cancer cell line derived from Pleural effusion and associated with Childhood T lymphoblastic lymphoma and T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. SUP-T1 is used as an in vitro model of Childhood T lymphoblastic lymphoma and T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma to investigate receptor signaling and trafficking.
