Boc-Phe-Ser-Arg-AMC TFA is a trypsin peptide substrate containing a Boc protecting group. Boc-Phe-Ser-Arg-AMC TFA can be degraded by trypsin, releasing AMC (HY-D0027) which has fluorescence activity. Boc-Phe-Ser-Arg-AMC TFA can be used to assess the activity of trypsin.
