Boc-Phe-Ser-Arg-AMC TFA can be used in studies related to rosacea.

Boc-Phe-Ser-Arg-AMC TFA serves as a fluorescent substrate for purified bovine pancreatic trypsin and purified porcine pancreatic kallikrein[1].
Boc-Phe-Ser-Arg-AMC TFA enables the detection of TLSP activity in protein extracts from human facial skin tape strips and NHEK lysates via fluorescence polarization[2].
