c-Met-IN-17 is a potent c-Met kinase inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.031 μM. c-Met-IN-17 can be used in anticancer research.[1]. c-Met-IN-17 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.

In Vitro

C-met-in-17 (compound 29) inhibits D1228V c-Met enzyme activity with an IC50 of 0.068 μM by ADP-Glo assay[1].
