Anticancer agent-362 is a chimeric pyrrolidinedione-pyrrolidine-phthalazine-triazole (PPPT) heterocyclic derivative with antitumor activity. Anticancer agent-362 exhibits antiproliferative activity against breast adenocarcinoma and osteosarcoma cancer cell lines, with low toxicity to normal fibroblasts. Anticancer agent-362 is predicted to be a multi-target ligand that binds to the active sites of VEGFR-2, PARP-1, and others. Anticancer agent-362 can be used in research related to breast adenocarcinoma and osteosarcoma.

Anticancer agent-362 has an IC50 = 431.29 μM against normal human dermal fibroblasts HDF, an IC50 = 335.74 μM against osteosarcoma HOS cells, an IC50 = 222.81 μM against breast cancer MCF7 cells, and an IC50 = 271.12 μM against osteosarcoma MG‑63 cells[1].
