CDK9-IN-52 (D6) potently inhibits the proliferation of HeLa, A549, SiHa and MCF-7 cancer cells with IC50 values of 6.64, 7.27, 10.36 and 10.82 μM, respectively. Meanwhile, it exhibits selective cytotoxicity toward cancer cells compared with normal HEK-293t cells, with the highest selectivity against HeLa cells (SI=9.1)[1].
